How to order

How to order:
If you are interested in one or more specimens, please send me an email with a list of items
are interested in.
You simply copy the code, number and name of the mineral and send it to me, for example
ae01 - aegirine number one
bl02 - galena number two

Beside this list, we will also need your postal address and ship to address.
After receiving your order I will check the availability of the item and send you
a confirmation email for your order.
With this confirmation the appropriate items will be also become reserved for you, and/or marked as sold.
Emails are processed strictly in order of arrival. Reservations of items are made according to order of arrival.
You can also order by post or by a phone call which can be found if you click Contact page.

Prices:
The listed prices refer to the shown and described minerals and exclude package and shipping.
Ordered minerals can be either picked up in our office at no additional costs, or shipped
at the expense of the buyer. See the list of shipping and packaging charges.

Shipping costs within the European Union:

shipping costs	-	on demand
*There is a packing charge of 1 euro per package*

Shipping to other countries outside the european Union can be shipped on request.

As soon as we received your payment, the package will be shipped.
